When the movie 2012 hit theatres, it became mainstream. But for years, scientists, conspiracy theorists and a small portion of the general public has been speculating on what will happen when the Mayan Calender “runs out” on December 21, 2012.
Many theories have been discussed since the mysterious Mayans created that calendar. These include :The Return of Planet X, The Second Coming, World War lll, Solar Flares, Polar Shifts,The New World Order, and of course The End of The World and Life itself. Others believe that 2012 will bring The Dawning of a New Age and a Worldwide shift to “Higher Consciousness”. Nobody knows what will really happen in 2012. One thing is for certain, a rare Planetary Alignment is predicted. But, will it bring The End, A New Beginning or Nothing at All?
